Rental Rates
The rental rate may be changed from the rates quoted or reflected herein.
You will be advised of any change and be given an opportunity to confirm
your "tentative" reservation at the new rate, or you may cancel and have
your deposit returned. All rentals of less than one month, or 30 days, are
charged 10% tax. Holiday surcharges may apply.Check-In and Check-Out Time
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. We do have a late check-in
procedure if you will be later than 5:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will
be a late arrival. Check-in is normally 3:00 p.m., unless the unit is ready
earlier. Check-out must be no later than 11:00 a.m. on the date of
departure.
If you are not checked-out by 11:00 a.m. and have not coordinated the
extended delay with the rental office, you may accrue a charge of $25.00 for
each hour, or a portion thereof, that is beyond your check-out time.
Security Deposits
Security deposits are refunded 21 days after check-out.

Advanced Reservation
An advanced reservation requires a deposit. The reservation will be, and
remain, "tentative" until 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. This
"tentative" reservation may be terminated at any time without obligation or
liability by either party (Renter or Marina del Mar Management) prior to the
sixty (60) day period preceding your scheduled arrival date. If for any
reason the tentative reservation is cancelled, your deposit will be returned
in full, or it may be rolled-over to a new reservation.
Confirmed Reservation
Sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date you must send twenty-five percent
(25%) of the total rent due. If your advance rent is not received sixty days
prior to your arrival date, Marina del Mar Management will automatically
assume you are no longer interested in your reservation, and you may face
the risk of cancellation and the loss of your deposit if the unit can not be
rented to another tenant for the same time period. A confirmation of a
"firm" reservation will be issued upon receipt of the twenty-five percent of
the rent due.
Roll-Over of Reservation Deposit to a Security Deposit
Upon your check-in your reservation deposit will become a security deposit.
It will not apply toward rent. It will be refunded, less excessive cleaning,
damages or other charges. Refunds will be returned within twenty-one (21)
days after check-out, or rolled-over to a new reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation deposit and advance rent will be returned to you in full if
cancellation is made sixty (60) days before your arrival date, all of your
deposit and advanced rent may be forfeited, unless the unit is subsequently
rented for your rental period.
Early Departure for Other than Emergencies
Refunds for unused time will not be made to tenants who check-out prior to
their scheduled departure date, unless a substitute tenant can be found to
occupy the unit for all or portion of the reservation period. In such cases,
refunds will be made for only those days that the substitute tenant occupies
the unit.
Methods of Payment
Please arrange to pay by one of the following methods: Visa or MasterCard,
Personal Check or Money Order.
